The Idaho -Oregon Fruit and Vegetable Association is offering a program to Truck Brokers that haul fresh onions from the Idaho and E. Oregon Onion Region. This incentive based program will be offered through the Idaho-E. Oregon Onion Shippers and the Association Truck Brokers (need not to be a member to qualify). The purpose of the program is to encourage truck brokers to haul Idaho-E. Oregon Onions.
1. The program will run from November 1, 2011 to January 16, 2012.
a. All confirmation of loads much be submitted to the Association Office by February 16, 2011.
2. Incentive points may be earned by hauling loads for a shipper or a combination of shippers.
Each full load of onions shipped will earn 2 points.

3. Verification of loads must accompany the attached order form for redeeming the points earned during the program. Order form with verification must be faxed (208) 722-5111, emailed cbfitcj@cableone.net , or mailed and received by February 16, 2012.
4. Incwentive is for whoever books the load with the shipper or the combination of shippers.
5.Loads must travel over 500 miles.
6. Only full loads qualify

Entry forms with confirmations (i.e truck confirmations or bill of ladings will be accepted) must be submitted by February 16, 2012. If submitting your entry form electronically, please send your proof of loads to cbfitch@cableone.net .
